Call tech support or something: my keyboard stopped working and they got it fixed in like 40 minutes.

on my dads phone with wi-fi i called last time but they told me they had to charge like 50 bucks

yea i tried a while ago when happend a couple of months ago but couldn't so i went and got it fixed.

Well er, perhaps next time then. I think we're having another shindig next week, though only one movie since I've got a deadline that monday.

Yeah you are either going to have to use a recovery disc or work with the recovery console (which is a pain) to fix your registry issue. If you have another computer that you can use, I suggest you pull out the hard drive with the corrupt registry, copy the files you want to an external or to that computer, and just completely reformat and reinstall whatever OS into that hard drive again.

Anyway just reformat and reinstall after you finish grabbing the files you want/need. Always the solution I recommend since its really the most quick, painless, and effective way of fixing a puter with a messy OS installation.

Yeah with my internets down I went ahead and watched index2, kami, FoA which was surprisingly high quality, and rewatched UBW a bit since I set my teevee wrong

things look a lot different when you're using the 'pc' spectrum of colors!
