What do you think of Tokyo's Manga Ban?

seems like there will be quite less mangas in this sad sad future
so many interesting mangas may have to be cancelled and many companies will have to close
but what do you guys think of it?

and i heard the ban only will happen in tokyo but not all of the japan if it passes
